Table of Contents
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CreateArbitrumToken.com (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and CreateArbitrumToken.com ("we", "us", "our").
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" also refers to that entity.
Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Service Description
CreateArbitrumToken.com provides a web-based interface that allows users to configure and deploy ERC-20 smart contracts on the Arbitrum One blockchain network. The Service enables users to:
- Configure token parameters (name, symbol, supply, decimals, features)
- Upload a token logo image
- Deploy a verified ERC-20 smart contract to Arbitrum One
- Access educational guides and resources about Arbitrum and token creation
The Service is a user interface tool only. We do not operate, control, or have authority over the Arbitrum One blockchain network, deployed smart contracts, or any tokens created through our platform.
โน๏ธ Once a smart contract is deployed to the blockchain, it becomes permanently immutable (unless designed with upgrade mechanisms). We cannot modify, delete, or reverse any deployed contract.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency activities are prohibited or restricted
- Not be on any government sanctions list or prohibited persons list
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
๐ Regulatory Notice: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that creating, deploying, and distributing tokens complies with the laws of your country or region. This includes but is not limited to securities laws, money transmission laws, and anti-money laundering regulations.
4. Non-Custodial Nature of the Service
CreateArbitrumToken.com is a strictly non-custodial service. This means:
- We never have access to, control over, or custody of your private keys or seed phrases
- We never hold, manage, or have the ability to move your cryptocurrency funds
- All transactions are initiated, signed, and broadcast entirely within your own wallet
- You are the sole owner and controller of any tokens you deploy
- We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any transactions once broadcast
- We are not a financial institution, broker, custodian, or exchange
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and any assets you hold. We strongly recommend using a dedicated wallet for token deployment and enabling all available security features on your wallet software.
5. Fees & Payments
Service Fee
We charge a flat service fee of 0.005 ETH per token deployment. This fee is paid directly from your wallet at the time of deployment and is non-refundable once the transaction is signed and broadcast.
Network Gas Fees
In addition to our service fee, you are responsible for paying Arbitrum One network gas fees. These fees are paid directly to Arbitrum validators and are entirely outside our control. Gas fees fluctuate based on network demand and are typically under $0.50 on Arbitrum One.
No Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all fees paid are non-refundable. Once a transaction is signed and submitted to the network, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
However, if our service experiences a technical error that prevents your token from being deployed after the service fee has been collected, please contact us. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may offer a partial remedy.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our service fee at any time. Price changes will be displayed on the website before you initiate a deployment.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Termination does not affect any smart contracts already deployed to the blockchain, which remain permanent and immutable.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. For disputes, we encourage users to first contact us directly to resolve issues informally.
For any unresolved disputes, you agree that arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may be used rather than court proceedings, where permitted by local law.
